Order Cancellation & Changes

You can cancel & change the order as long as your order status is not set to “shipped”, meaning your order has not yet been shipped.

- Cancellation within 24 hours: Free

- Cancellation after 24 hours: 10% handling fee

- All custom orders are not eligible for cancellation once they have been placed over 7 business days.

- Product details of your order can be modified one time as long as your order status is not set to “shipped.”

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is at the top of our list here at joeywig. To better our customer shopping experience, we have refined our return and exchange policies. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request within 15 days after delivery. Make sure that the products are eligible and remain in their original packaging.


There will be a restocking fee for items returned without prior negotiated terms or without defect. All the items we sell are in new and unworn condition. Every returned item is carefully received, examined, and shipped back to our vendors with significant time and costs. Therefore, to maintain our standard of excellent prices and service, we charge a 15% restocking fee on the purchase price (discounts from promotions and shipping fees are non-refundable). The remaining amount will be issued back to the original method of payment.

 

Return Process

Your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products.

You have 15 days to return the product to us from the date it was delivered to you.

1. Gather the item(s) - including all original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and locate the packing slip (or locate your order #).

2. Bring your item(s) to your local Post Office, UPS store, or FedEx store to ship back to us. We do not provide a return label. International returns must be shipped through the postal service. 


Eligible Products:

● Are in the same condition you received them (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odor)

● Have all tags on them and are in their original packaging

● Item(s) are returned within 15 days of the order delivery date

● Have all gift sets included

 

Ineligible Products:

Any altered, worn, washed or damaged products are not eligible for any exchanges or returns. For example:

● The frontal lace was cut or damaged

● The item was worn or sprayed with hair styling products

● The item was damaged, or the original status was changed

● Custom orders, Clearance items and Gift gallery items.

● Unless there are serious quality issues, all orders placed at wholesale prices are not eligible for returns.

Please note that we can’t accept ineligible products and they will be returned to you at your cost.

 

Why do we charge a handling fee or restock fee?

We strive to offer the best quality hair at a price that everyone can afford.

To keep our retail/list prices as low as possible, we have found that restocking fees and handling fees are necessary.

A handling fee is a fee we charge when customers cancel their order they have successfully placed. It covers the cost of expenses related to fulfillment, specifically packing fees based on required labor.

We charge a small restocking fee on all monetary refunds to cover the costs of repackaging, shipping, re-inspection, and labor incurred on every returned order and the reduced sale price of resale to the customer.

Refund

Monetary refunds will be refunded back to the original form of payment that you used to purchase the order. A 15% restocking fee is deducted from all monetary refunds.

Refunds are processed 3 to 5 business days after your return has been received. Please allow a further 7 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account before contacting us. Please note that any delays in processing your refund back to your account may be due to your financial banking institution.

Refunds for any return exclude the initial shipping cost paid to ship your package, that shipping fee is non-refundable.

Any refused international packages and international automatic returns will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.

There will be a $10 shipping fee for reshipment if the package is returned to the sender.

We are not held responsible for any lost returns.
